Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for keynote services, program director (MC) services, or panel member services, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel: More than 30 days before the scheduled event: We will refund 100% of the deposit or booking fee. Less than 30 days before the scheduled event: We will refund 50% of the deposit or booking fee. Less than 14 days before the scheduled event: We cannot offer a refund. Please note that we may be able to reschedule your booking to a later date or offer you a credit towards future services, depending on the circumstances. In the event that Nomvula Rakolote is unable to provide the agreed-upon services for reasons beyond our control, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, we will refund any deposit or booking fee paid in full. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
